We, Garsdale Parish Council, were very sorry to receive Caroline Cattermole’s resignation due to a change in personal circumstances requiring a move to Lancaster. Caroline made a valuable contribution to meetings with her measured responses to dealing with the matters in hand. We all wish her well in the future.
