Dear Philip
I write to represent my constituent, Mr. Jack Butterworth of Rose Cottage, Garsdale, SEDBERGH, CUMBRIA, LA10 5PO, with regard to the deterioration of the wall between road and river outside his house.
During my summer tour he suggested that it might be possible to achieve the necessary repair of the wall by a community scheme in collaboration with Cumbria Highways. Please could you reply to me or contact Mr. Butterworth in order to enable some discussion to take place with the memebers of the Parish Council upon the merits of his idea.
