Garsdale Parish Council needs to replace two Councillors who have recently left due to changing personal circumstances. We urgently need to replace these positions and strengthen the Parish Council. It is not an onerous task, the Council meets 3-4 times a year and in between meetings all correspondence is circulated by email.
