Garsdale Queen’s Jubilee celebrations will be held on Wednesday 6th June 2012. The day would start at 1.00pm with the annual Garsdale Sports followed by tea. In the evening we will hold the celebration in a marquee on GVH field with hog roast, disco and bar. Tickets for the evening will be £10 and half price for any primary school aged children.
As marquees are expensive to raise some money we are going to hold a raffle, selling tickets beforehand, and we are looking for offers of prizes, cash prizes are always tempting so if anyone would like to donate please let us know. We haven’t got a committee as such just whoever turns up and wants to be involved to make the day a success.
We hope everyone will come along to support and enjoy the event.
